BACK IN THE DAY AUDIO CLIP
One of the most exciting and interesting activities that reVOLve is currently involved with is the heritage Back In The Day project, that aims to discover what life was like in Nuneaton in the '40s and '50s.
As a product of this work, volunteers are given the opportunity to find out a little bit about the history and tradition of where they live by talking to elderly residents who have lived here all their lives.
One such interview was taken by Geoff Hextall, who discusses the experience of going to the cinema just after the end of the Second World War.
As a special treat reVOLve have published a snippit of the talk he did to inform and incite the interest of volunteers who might find the subject intriguing.
